The motor is quieter than expected and setup was simple. Shipping took awhile but the toy itself works great and was worth waiting for.

LOVE THE THREE MODES! So it doesn't repeat the same and doesn't bore my dog! It's always different. Some days my dog is hyper, and we use the Interactive mode. Other days, she just wants to casually bat at it on Normal. Love having the options right at the touch of a button.
